This course is aimed to provide parents of ADHD/ADD children with many tools and techniques for coping with various aspects of their children’s behaviour so that you as a parent feel more empowered and able to manage the difficult times as well as daily behaviours, routines, schooling and so on.

The course is structured as follows:

The 1st session discusses how the brain of the ADHD/ADD child works as well as the 11 different executive functions affected by ADHD/ADD such as concentration, impulsivity, organization and many others, and how parents can help their children in managing with difficulties in these areas.

The 2nd session continues with this in detail and then discusses different parenting approaches to dealing with lack of concentration, organization, planning etc. Various discipline and motivation techniques that are effective with the ADHD/ADD child are also covered in depth.

The 3rd session continues to discuss a variety of parental interventions and motivation techniques that enables both parents’ and child’s life to be easier as well as the emotional and social aspects of ADHD/ADD, such as anxiety, outbursts, defiance and so on

The 4th session discusses ADHD/ADD in the wider context of the school, family, sibling and other relationships.

Course access is valid for 1 year after purchase.

The course is suitable for those with children from 5 years of age to early high school.

In addition to the course videos which will be active for a certain period, you will also be provided with course material. You are also welcome to set up a private consultaion with me for any additional input or guidance you may need.
